unable to finish station (free play)

hi this may have been posted already
I started to build stations in ascendancy and every one builds the first stage of the stations then when I build the second stage and it completes that stage i go to try to build the other stages and its says they have all been completed and will not allow me to build the rest of any of my stations so i just stuck with just the first part of any station

This bug was introduced somewhere between 1.20 and 1.22RC ... cant keep track of those anymore.
Go outside of zone your CV is in, and comm architect remotely. It will present you with expanding options which otherwise will be flagged as done if you speak to architect directly.
