Build Station in Glaring Truth

I am on the mission that wants me to build the station but the thing is I got the station for mission built as well as 3 other stations but it still wants me to build the station for mission ?

anyone know how to get around it ? yes I cheated and edited the resources needed for stations, by giving the items required by station to construction ship but that's is besides the point why isn't game recognizing the station that is fully upgraded...
