(1.21) Bug with menu

After playing for around 4 hours the game became increasingly sluggish. I was looking at modules using the map in Fervid Corona and the controls became unresponsive. Only pressing rhe start button or B button worked and that brings up the pause menu.
So I had to quite the game and load an earlier save and I lost around 45 minutes of play because of it. I am using the 360 controller.

I'm having the trade menu freeze up quite a bit. No keyboard or mouse input. You can hit escape but because the game is in the middle of something you can't save.

The way around this is go into graphics settings and change the AA rating it will take a while but it reloads the graphics so when you leave the menu the stuck screen closes.
