looks to me like you used "Trade Extension Mk3 Redux (v1.0) or (v1.1)"
Not an "official" TMK3 Product
The result is that in the Trade dialogue, you'll see an option called OBSOLETE. I'm afraid since the original init script is called
everytime the game is loaded, I know of no way of removing it, thus we're kind of stuck with the fugliness.
If anyone knows of a way to remove the original via something like script functions, please let me know.
As it stands, it's ugly, but it works. Just don't select OBSOLETE
i suguest you use a "virgin" savegame or else reinstall and dont use that script again. I personally havent tried that script so i can not offer much beyond what i have already said.
EDIT
Having said that i felt sorry for ya and put together this uninstall routine (will remove TMK3 from ships and stations) BUT you must delete the listed files in the readme VIA the script editor, and then save your game. (v1.3 has TMK3 built in so it will return upon your next game start) albeit you will need to purchase the software again.
AGAIN PLEASE READ THE README

hope this helps ya out.
