Im using the Show SKills mod Unlimited booster in Highways and the No Traffic In Highways mod and the Booster increase in Highways mod
EDIT: Ah shoot I hired 3 engineers. First 5 star then another 5 star then a 3 star. All 3 times I hired them with "Work on my ship". Maybe thats why I lost the other 2 engineers because they were kept being replaced? So I was left with the last 3 star engineer. If it is so damn..... no warning message that Im about to throw away a crew member?
