Stalled economy in albian 1.19
fuel recharge stations backed up no fuel i,m beig hunted by every Plutarking and there brothers and sisters. cats and dogs so no fuel nobody gets what they need i cant cap. the wise men at egosoft did not return my ships from impound cant buy new one no resourses recharge stations need there own dedicated ships to bring resources to keep things going. whats so hard about that? once you pass through the gate you try to trade you lose your ship if you have one to begin with i dont want to do yet another restart

Fuel Stations have issues, if your desperate, there is a mod called NoMoreFuel. It alters how Jump Drives work so ships in your squad will jump for free. Other wise there is a fuel station in Devries, but you need to be out of the area for ships to refuel as the trade ports are buggy.
As for the Impound, it is not as bad as it could be. Sell the Taranas to the DeVries Shipyard in Darn Hot Air, then stock up on Veteran and Elite Marines. Go back to Albion with your new force of ass kickers and cap some rahanas's...Rahanie?...what ever. That way you can cap an energy and what ever else you need.
Cap wisely though...and do not destroy the Drone Bays...stupid bugs. OH...last thing...in Wrechsville take some time to destroy the Targon Tracer platforms and Drone Bays around the Recharge Station. Killing the Drone Bays will keep the guns from repairing and killing the guns will keep your ships from being ganked as you jump into Lookout Alpha.

what you say is good advice i have no trouble getting fuel in devries i have trouble finding ships in albion as there all in port cause they cant get fuel because there not getting e-cells or food food factorys are not getting wheat. i did go to lookout alpha since my last post and capped a sisdaris i dont have a problem capping that pretty easy before impound i capped 2 light suls and 3 rihanas all in better than 80% but they were moving then cause i was running e-cells all over the place and when i needed fuel i would just bring e- cell ti recharge wait and get my fuel. i dont know if you understand what im saying here it seems to me that since i went to devries the cap ship are not moving and my thinking is recharge is not getting supplyed no fuel no go
