How do I contact egosoft with a support ticket of sorts?

I want to get my refund but Steam's being stubborn, so I figure if I can get a sort of support ticket response relating to what Egosoft can and cannot do for me for refunding the game, Steam might be willing to give me the store credit refund. Can you please tell me how to contact Egosoft in this way?

I think your in the wrong forum, generally this section is for discussing technical issues with the game itself

However I believe your issue is with steam, and many factors come into play when requesting refunds, such as geographical area, when you purchased game etc.

Probably better to search your own countries laws etc, and then try steam again... It has been done by others who have managed a refund

how many hours do you have in game? if you have more than 10 steam wont refund you.
