Omg, a job for talented scripter

I think id get a big support for this but could a talented scripter please make a script/mod that changes the frequency of the "Attention one of XXXX's is under attack" anything would be better than hear that woman complain one more time that something is under attack.

Only thing I could really offer anyone who made a fix for this is to host the script for them, and a thanks beyond appreciation.

I'd rather have it put to music.. some kind of rap or ska-beat..

How about replacing the sound file with a blank one.

Let's face it, all the "one of your ships..." blah blah blah message is *really* telling you, is that you just lost a transport to the Khaak.

I check my message log for that.

Right, that sounds like a plan simple aswell, think Ill attempt that on the weekend, if no one comes up with anything better.

I think some people have been spoiled by games like half life that allow mods to change so much.

I havn't looked through the script files that come with the game yet but this could very well be a hardcoded function.
