Ship inertia is broken

I noticed someone else bring this up before that the cockpit shifting movement is not present in campaign but it present during freeplay.

Well i started a new free-play in 1.19 and its not working in freeplay either.

what i mean by the shifting is when you steer, your cockpit bobs around like the players body is shifting, similar to "hud bob" in FPS games.

This is a huge immersion breaker now that it is not functioning in either modes. Please fix, i use some visual mods but no game changing mods, the shifting used to be there with the cockpit mod and i tested both ways.

also, could you bring back the thruster shake from X3? what i mean is in X3 when you would put your thrust to full throttle, the ship would shake when the thrusters kick in to give you the feeling that you're actually taking off, instead of x rebirth where you feel like you never have to fight against physics to gain momentum you just go from 0-60 with no g-force what-so-ever. and dont explain this away with "inertial dampeners" please
