Deleting Capital ships in a Zone

Is there a way i can delete all the capital ships in the zone of wrecksville?
There are about 50 ships currently stuck inside of each other in varius combinations of rahans and miner ships and plasma harvestwers. Witch all of them been trying to go to the cell recharge fab to get fuel but ended up getting stuck inside other ships.

i tried for the hell of it to blow up all the ships but by the time i was maybe halfway my fps was maybe about 0.5 fps..

I dont know mutch in the ways of modding or savegame edditing.

Just a suggestion but try blowing up the one docked at the cell recharge fab. That one ship may be stuck and holding up the line. This happens here at Kroger sometimes...
