Is it possible to add more crew slots to the skunk? Or an option to tell engineers and captains to get back on the skunk?

I know your cargo bay only has slots for 4 officers to stand, however is there a way to increase the number you can have even if they aren't visible on the ship?

Since once you station officers on a ship you aren't allowed to tell them to get back son the skunk (except for marine officer) having to stop and shop for new captains and engineers every time I sell a capped ship is becoming tedious

or even a mod that lets you tell your engineers/captain to go back on the skunk would be even better actually.

Any of this possible currently?
