Repair order

As of now there doesn't seem to be any info in the ship details if you sent it to a shipyard for repairs. It seems to be managed independently from the trade orders, which is ok if there was a way to cancel a repair order, too. It so happened to me that i sent a ship to get repaired and at first it wouldn't budge. I then manually "repaired" the hull by editing the save file. Then, after some time, it finally went to the shipyard to get said repairs and is stuck now.

It's not really a bug, but my own fault. Still, being able to get info and control over repair orders would be another thing that needs to be implemented at some point.
