impossible to buy a ship

hello, I vien report a bug.
I want to build a ship rahanas (energy). once the order is placed the seller told me he had any to begin construction, but construction remains at 0%.
So I can not buy the boat so I'm stuck.

Shipyard is missing resources. The list you see when you order is the list of needed resources, not a list of available resources. If you deliver missing resource the shipyard will continue building. Regretful I think this is not clearly shown in the demanded goods section of the shipyard. But that is a personal point of view.

There should be 'emergency trade' on the trade menu then when someone like the shipyard is in desperate need, ti will automatically appear on the trade list. This could also help with the thing that every day you need to scan stations again and again, nothing seems to stay the same so either I wont trade much or I'll have to give up fighting and boarding , you cant do both at once since they both take lots of time.

I was wondering if that isn't what the scanning drone is for? Can it be sent autonomously to other sectors to scan stations?

at very least should be something like satellite,
which prevents scanned information degrading.
(actually now you could leave your ship(not Skunk) in zone, but in absence cheap S,M ship, you will be forced to leave L or XL ship, which is too much, just to prevent degrading)
