<request_mass_traffic /> cause deadlock

<request_mass_traffic /> cause deadlock

To be more specific in my test case

zonename:Concealed Hideout startname:AES Energy Array I endname:AES Cell Fab Matrix I

<request_mass_traffic zone="$zone" start="$stationstart" end="$stationend" name="$trafficship" />

cause the game to hangup and never respond again (deadlock). Since it doesn't properly crash, there is no dmp file to go with it.
