Something seems to keep ships from buying fuel cells. Noticed the same with my own ships.

Does the Cell recharge fac actually HAVE Fuel cells or is it out of resources?
They don't have unlimited amount of them.
best thing to do is to trade what ever Cell recharge fac needs as soon as you start to trade. A Scaldis is great as it can carry all needed wares.
The resources to produce Fuel cell are:
Primary: 800 energy cells, 120 food rations
Secondary: 20 Space fuel.
Cycle time is 10minutes and patch size is 150 units.
So in one hour, one station can make 900 units with 6 cycles.
So if you see dozen ships waiting in line to get some roadjuice, start trading the needed wares and then wait. If you are lucky every npc will buy only one batch and move along. 10 minutes per npc.
If not, then you need to wait longer...
edit: Now that NPC trade is partially fixed, the Cell Recharge fac is going to be very very busy!

Hi,
the congestion on the other hand might block the needed wares to arrive, essentially creating a deadlock on this station.
This might be an issue to investigate. Maybe a re-balancing is needed or maybe a priority queue for different types of resources instead of first come, first serve?
Does anyone have a deeper insight into the trade mechanics? Especially the queuing in this case?

Since this is in campaign mode, I cannot do much about it xD
