[1.18] Trade bugs still present

My trading vessel is still having problems when a trade deal is no longer offered and causes my ship to sit still. I will go into the captain management and clear the trade queue but the ship still is inactive with the captains order to trade with the station it was sent to. It is not something that just rectifies itself after time, I left the game running for 8 hours yesterday just to see if it would update the command on its own and it did not.

There is no surefire way that I have found that forces the command to be cleared short of editing the savefile except continually exiting the game completely and reloading the save until the command is finally cleared.

Not sure if it was part of the changes, but on the times I was able to perform trade transactions it appeared that my ship had priority on docking with a station. There would be lots of ships parked waiting to dock but my ship which had just entered the zone would go straight to dock.

I've not yet had a problem clearing invalid queued orders yet, here's how I do it, might help might not...

1) Info > Property Owned > Ship > Details > Crew > Captain > Clear all trades

2) Info > Property Owned > Ship > Comm

3) Call captain > Leave my squad

4) Call Captain > Join my squad


I've not had it stick yet (thankfully) following that methodology

Great, glad to hear it, it's just really particular about the order you do things in, and gives very little feedback atm

This universe feels “dead" right now, I have station expansions waiting on deliveries of reinforced metal plating for over 12 hours now, there's AI trading vessels just standing idle all over the place, energy traders, gas miners/harvesters, I sure hope this mess finally gets fixed, I really do, because if it wasn't for these bugs, this is my kinda game!
