[BUG?]Not all NPC acts like they should

Hey!

I got some weird behaving about NPCs. I've noticed this meanwhile I did plot, and need to sell the 300 food rations. When I needed a ship-dealer, asked other pilots so I got a point to one of this ship-dealer. The strange thing is that when I arrive that zone, I found several ship-dealer not just one, and that one I pointed to "can't see" my ships:

As you can see here a ship-dealer Kyle Chang can't see my ships in list even I had them in my squad already AND my ships are at same sector as I was.

Now here you can see the other dealer, named Katherine Gordon and she can see my ships with same circumstances.

Now what is the catch?!
Is this a bug or what? Or am I miss something? In this case maybe there are other NPCs types who not acts like they should in same circumstances.

Can anybody confirm this? I hope EgoS. can able to fix this.

Had a same thing, not sure why. Can you check if he was building any other ships? Where did you find this Kyle Chang btw, I though there are only two ship dealers in Darned Hot Air.

same as with building factories (architect can build/repair only those (s)he knows)
ship builder could work only with ships he knows

There are multiple ship dealers, each of them works with a different class of ships. If you look at the station in Hot Air you will notice 2 constuction docks, one significantly larger than the other.

Mining and transport ships are at the smaller construction dock, destroyers and the construction ship at the larger one.
