Game breaking AI

So I got back to albion through the gate, and PMC is all over me, and they ****** fire on me, so I shot back, and then I get this pile of shit message from stations that my actions are not to be tolerated, and they report me to police. How the **** is that logical ? Am I supposed to just die or what ?
The most basic LOGIC is that whoever shoots first is at fault, and if I get fired at first, I must be able to defend myself, and fire back, and it's not the case of trying to make me go away, because that would require a warning of some sort, plus the PMC units together with Police are actively seeking and pursuing me around the sector.
So, Ego, either make them more logical, by giving a warning first, and then shooting if I don't go away, and stop giving me those ridiculous messages that my actions will not go unpunished when I shoot back, or stop them from shooting at me, until I fire first and keep the message as is, or keep it as is, and let me turn off these ridiculous messages.

There is no AI in this game. What there is is AD, artificial dumbness. That combined with antipathing explains why there is no autopilot.

What they fail to mention when you come back is that a war started when you were gone...you'll hear about it from other captain, so they don't need to warn you, its their sector and your in it. The stations, while not actually Plutarch have to deal with them after your gone, so guess who they side with? Your factions will drop like a rock, thats what war is, and getting anything from Albion space will become a serious matter, thats the way they want it.

Also, if you think thats stupid, try bringing a captured ship back through to de fre...they exit the highway and run nose first into the station...and then grind and grind it until they actually go THROUGH IT like Picards phased shields, wait until you have to wait for 30 minutes for one to get through there, with fighters after you.
