[Bug] Cap Ships will not fire back or attack (fed up with this game)

I give up, I tried to enjoy this game I really did, wasted 50+ hours looking and thinking maybe the fun is just around the corner, nope. I have dealt with numerous crashes, restarts, and glitches. But today I was convinced that you dropped this pos game on the public to make a quick buck. I watched while my three cap ships just flew in a circle while they were picked to death by a lazy-sul and fighters. Not one drone was launched or shot fired back.

Why you would release a game, which is a pathetic excuse for a space sim compared to your previous titles is beyond comprehension.
I was a fan of your products for over 7 years, I don't think I will make it to 8.
