[1.18 Hotfix 1]Expanding the "units" on Skunk does not display wares

(This was observed in 1.17 as well, but not in prior builds)

To reproduce:
1. In a new game I just bought 1 Construction URV from a drone dealer
2. I opened my ship wares by pressing <enter><2><2> and clicked on "DE" for the Skunk
3. I clicked the "+" symbol next to "Units" and while the "+" changed to a "-" the list didn't expand. It says I have 1/50 untis but the list is empty.
