I know it's been touched on before in other threads but I think there are those of us around that would be thrilled if we could start a custom game alread as a pirate in a pirate ship. Maybe a lowly pirate newb in a lowly pirate ship that now has to work his way up the ladder etc.

Possibly with Positive (but not high) pirate faction and dead neutral faction with all other races.

So I guess the problem with starting players in a different sector and different ship will have to be worked out first :/

I'm not very good at scripting but maybe I'll try to dig into it some more :o

Sooo...surely I'm not the only one that would enjoy starting out as a pirate?

hehee I liek that idea - friendly to pirates, split, and teladi, enemy to everyone else. Run the script right after you begin a game and it starts you with a bayamon and some cash right in the middle of argon prime.

well, I only started scripting yesterday and I have learned tons on my own (am working on the economy), I figure this wont be too hard to figure it out. cant wait to see it :>
