Hi all
I was using a 360 controller in the game and it worked fine, but I've now bought a new Logitech F710 controller, after playing today it all works fine except for the Rumble.
I've tried the USB in different ports and yes rumble is ON in the game and ON on the pad. Does anyone else have this problem or know of a cure?
Thanks
Rumble?

The Logitech F710 is a controller, similar in style to the Xbox controller. I have one too, bought especially for Rebirth. I have had it rumble before, but not much. Doesn't seem consistant. I haven't played with a genuine Xbox controller though, so I can't compare if what I get is the norm or if there should be more. I get the impression there should be more.myztkl-kev wrote:you could try emulating an xbox 360 controller with your joystick using motioninjoy, not sure if itll work but its worth a try. Some people are using it just to get their logitech pro 3d sticks to work half assed. Otherwise id wait until the devs actually add joystick support.

Yes the F710 is like the Xbox controller. When I was using the Xbox controller it vibrated when you boost, when you bump your ship into stations/ships and when you're shot at and hit. With the F710 I get nothing, I suppose I could get used to that, but it feels very strange not to have the rumble now. As it's a new controller for me, I've not tested it in other games, but I've tested it in the profiler and the rumble does work, and it has new batteries in as well.strude wrote:The Logitech F710 is a controller, similar in style to the Xbox controller. strude - Do you know when your controller rumblers? or does it seem random.
EDIT... Just been playing with the F710 gamepad and now noticed that bumping into ships and stations I DO get the vibration, but still don't get any with Boosting.
