[Request] Remove Info Screen Static

IMO it doesn't make sense for only the info screen to have static on it in Devries http://i.imgur.com/hJoze8N.png Does anyone know of a way to remove this effect or add it to ALL of the screens in Devries?

i did have the same static only once:
when i tried a downloaded savegame, where the 300 foodrations-mission was completed.

with "my" savegames, i do not have static at all.

Interesting, all but the last game I made that static happened when I went into DeVries and wouldn't go away. (Tried another game last night).
