[REQUEST]Highway max speed

Do you hate highway minigames as much as I do? Especially in sectors where there is *no* traffic and you are flying for hundreds of kilometers without chance to accelerate behind some ship? One way to eliminate this minigame is faster engines in highways. Not through boosting, but normal speed = max highway speed.
Should be quite easy, but I have to say, I am too disgusted with how Rebirth works now to learn how to mod it. Anyone interested in the idea?
