[BUG] Orders assigned through center console revert

When you go under crew management on one of your controlled ships and try to change the defense officers posture, it will change from 'Defending' to 'Attacking Enemies' but wont toggle back.

Similarly when you go to the captain to cancel a trade and then go back the order does not stick and the trade order appears to stay

About canceling a trade order: what I notice is that its not always instantly happening. For example if its already in the progress of docking it will still pull up to the docking position but pull away again immediately once it reaches it. At this point the captain is still showing up as 'trading with x'.
Only once he reached the waiting position for that zone it changes to 'following albion skunk'.
I guess the ship will always complete the active step of the task its performing before clearing the command cue.
