1.17 campaign bug - 100 energy cells

I bought a lot energy cells, then I go do other side mission.

when come back, the ship got like 1k+ energy cells in cargo, I can't remember how many I order, but definitely more than 100.

problem is, the quest won't update to next stage.

there are two possibility: one you are looking at the ware weight and the other in 1.17 they want not trade at all...

1.17 How do you sell the E-Cells when there's a HOA Science Vessel in the way? I boarded the ship and there's no crew!

Same problem here as TradinCajun. Trade wont complete because of the HOA Science trader docked at the mine. I gave it a few hours to move and it didn't. Played again and hit the same problem. Playing 1.17, how do I get rid of that trader?

I had to go to a different sector. Seemed to force it to update what it was doing. Just once I'd like to stay in sector and watch my trade ship work.
