[BUG] Money Transfer Architect / Selling required goods to const. ship

There are two bugs I noticed today while trying to finish the URV Forge.

Bug 1) I could not transfer money back from my architect. A while ago (patch 1.15) I gave her about 15 mio credits so she could buy stuff (hoping that some lone trader would arrive in Glaring Truth). Nothing ever arrived of course, so I took my own trade ships and bought material from Albion. However, when trying to transfer the architects money back to my account (patch 1.17) nothing happens. I get a confirmation that my account now has more credits, but in fact she and I now have the exact same amount of money (probably 50% split of my total budget).

2) When selling wares to the construction ship, the trade port and the offer immediately disappeared although no wares had arrived yet. That is surely intended as nobody else should sell more than needed to the construction ship. However, when something happens to the trader incoming (in this case my trade ship could not complete the trade) the offer and thus the chance to trade the required materials is never restored, making it impossible without save game editing to complete construction.

The same behavior can be seen for normal trading. Discounts drop immediately once a trade offer has been accepted, independent of whether the trade is ever completed or, e.g., the cargo ship is destroyed.

I encountered the same problem and discovered its cause all accounts have the same ID you will need to open the save file and search for

and change the hex code for each entry this should cause each employee to have a separate account
