I know that my computer is rather botom range and barely make the minimum spec.
Currently everything is set to minimum but like couple of people still experiencing crash (the slutter come from CPU I'm quite sure of this)

You find also screenshot of a xenon destroyer flying in and out of a station in lockout alpha (going through the station) and no one seemed to mind it
(the save contain it too)you'll also find a trading ship in endless waiting at the lonely giant with drone seen as working (nothing visible)
during all my hour session (before crash) it was there and stuck.
