[1.17] Clear Trade Queue doesn't cancel current order

I had a Scaldis deadlocked trading with a station, so I deleted it's trade queue. Sadly, it's still deadlocked parking at the station. Savegame downloadable here.

Notice that the captain's command still says "Trading with RoC Habilitation I" and 19 of the drones are still shown as in use although the trade queue has been cleared.

Sadly, if you can't use the clear queue feature to remove bugged out orders, it is mostly useless imo.
