Attention DEVS - I noticed something about Performance loss

Sometimes when I take missions that spawn ships, the game suddenly turns choppy and must be reloaded...then it acts fine.

Combined this when the game's performance at times just suddenly goes to crap, could there be a performance loss linked with the spawning of ships in sector?

Please note, this always fixes itself with a game reload (not save reload), and has happened multiple times.

(mid-ranged system w/ PNY nvidia geforce gtx 560Ti, 64bit, 8 gb ram, amd phenom II x6 1035t 2.6 GHz....slow HDD)
