I bought the trade software and since then I lost everything in the console screen to the right of the pilot seat. Can't see missions, can't see maps, etc...
Anybody else is having this bug ? Is this the right place to report a bug ?

Yeah. That device glitches out a LOT. I have not been able to find a specific cause, although exiting some stations makes it happen far more often than with others. I suspect you accidentally entered a "ghost" interior, where most of the moving parts don't work.
You can fix the screen by leaving your cockpit and reentering, or by docking somewhere else and exiting.

When playing the entering ship's cockpit animation, pay attention to your chair: if it's not rotating and you go though it, then your on screen menu will be broken, dock again (or menu 5 to get to the back of the ship) and get back to your ship (which rolls a new dice to know if it will be broken or not, this game is definitely an RPG 
).
