NPC flying into station - FPS Drop

Not sure if this may be the issue of FPS i dont normaly get really bad FPS till i saw this and my game became a slideshow

TBH most of my FPS issues are on stations running a about 15fps but in space i average at 25-30 max settings.

Ubuntu 13.04-Win7
3.2g AMD 6 core (clocked - 3.7)
8 gig 1600mhz
128 ssd os
500 game drive
Ati 7950

This is not a hate Post, i really looking forward to seeing this game 6 month from now
