Raiders spawned inside of station

Raiders spawned inside of station

Did a patrol mission in Glaring Truth, when I got to the mission segment in Gushing Spring, two of the raiders had spawned inside of the station there. Could not reach them and had to abort the mission.

They were just sitting inside the station blasting it at will.
