Changed architect aboard construction vessel instead of station

This apparently made it so that I am unable to access construction plan for the station as all I get is the info about stations for building one.

Edit: Apparently assigning an architect to a station doesn't work so now I've got an assigned construction vessel which I can give extend orders to:|
