The fact - game is completely broken!

Hello, i paid 50 bux via steam for pre-alpha unplayable, unoptimized and just broken game. I asked steam twice for refund. They rejected. Then now im asking here.. Who should i contact for asking refund before i started to dig deeper?

this is not a technical support question,

and had you bothered to search in the forums, you'd have found that unless purchased via the egosoft store (which you have already stated you did not) you must make the request with Steam, who has already told you not a chance.

i suggest waiting as this game is still functional and being worked on around the clock by the developers.

and sadly, digging deeper wont go anywhere, steam has your money, and will not refund.

only if the fix the Highway Crash im traped

in the campaign i always Crash on the same Point and in free Play i Crash nearly in every higway

and yes is started new and vanilla

I think that pretty much sums up the U.S. in my eyes, if it isn't doing what I want it to, I won't act like an adult and give the creator a chance to fix things, I'll just sue them- wasting both my and their time and money, that'll show em' -_-

Edit: Apologies to anyone in the U.S. as I have only the utmost respect for you, it's just some peoples attitude towards... well... everything, is just rotten.
