[SERIOUS BUG]Capital Ship Yard 1 upgrade script broken.

Issue :upgrading a trade vessel with drones from the ship builder at Capital shipyard 1.

Problem: The trade vessel will go to incorrect location to get upgrade.So will start the process over and over.

It tries to get it's upgrades from the Microchip Vendor.So it parks up against this vendor unable to get it's drones loaded.

The ship should be going into the ship hanger instead.

I got it too work with one of my ships by constantly crashing into it to change its course.Once it went into the hanger it cleared the upgrade process and the ship then continued on with its mission.But the next tradeship I want to upgrade is again attempting to dock at the Microchip vendor.
