deadend during the storyline/ buy 300 food ration

thats not a strategy short coming on my part, they are just critical item missing during the storyline that prevent me from going further.

im stuck at the part where i have to buy 300 food ration for the terran station. i have the construction ship, the small freighter (liquid type) and the taranis stuck in the albion system (WarpDrive engine not fixed yet). i know i can buy food in the sector directly north of where i must deliver it in the first place. to buy 300 food ration all i need is a transport ship (freighter or smaller) of container type with cargo lifter drone.

the ships i have do not have any on cargohold and when i go to the terran shipyard in darned hot air to build a ship there is no option to buy those. im not saying that the inventory of cargo lifter is 0 and the line for cargo lifter is grayed out. im saying the line is not there at all. i dont have any post about cargo lifter drone on my encyclopedia. and of course i cant try albion since the only ship trader there is plutarch and they hate me.

also since there are no ship trader for small/medium transport size ship, i i cant buy a ship that could make the deal without having te resort to drone. so im stuck in front of the station full of food without the possibility to buy/sell it.

only option left i see is boarding ship that fit my need or starting the game all over hoping that the cargo lifter will appear in the menu this time

as ive said before, i believe this blockage come from several bug/missing stuff ingame stack together rather than any of my choice ive made so far. id reallt like to continu the story line withouht taking a copy saved game or having to modify my save.
