(Bug 1.15 English)Prison ship captain broken after battle

I fought and passed the prison ship battle in the story mode. However, when I got to the rendezvous point and checked my crew status, I still had the captain on board the skunk, and there was another captain sitting in as captain of the prison ship. However, I could not replace this temporary captain, the "work here" feature is greyed out when I tried to bring over the captain from the skunk manually. I can hail that ship captain from flight, but there is no video during the call. Basically, I fought the prison ship battle, got to the point in the battle where I delivered the captain, but I got busy shooting drones and what not, and was unsure if the captain even launched or succeeded in boarding the prison ship. The campaign mission simply moved on, mission success, get out of town. I can still add that prison ship to my squad, even place engineer and defense officer. However, the captain is a place holder, or a glitch, and can't be replaced.
