Menus no longer collapsible??

Are anyone else's menus no longer collapsible? In trade click to expand a listing, prior to 1.14 I could hide them again, now I cannot, am I bugged or is this effecting others?

Also if I change my defense officers settings from defense to attack mode, no mater what I do it stays attack, I can't get it back to defend, it'll say it's defend, but when I back out its still attack, same for the drone purchasing and the other options for him, once changed they're locked, in the changed state,,and I'm unable to change them after, again it'll look like its changed, in the menu, but when I leave the menu and look, it still shows the first change I made. Anyone else?
