The next logical step in X digital art, MOVIES

It's not complete yet (mainly because of the IMMENSE scale of this thing in terms of time to render).

it's 50 seconds of X inspired 3D rendering to the tune of Rammstein.

feedback very welcome (especially the nice sort

)
but please bear in mind this is my 2nd ever attempt at 3D animation and I ain't making the new series of B5 so be gentle

What I want to know is is it worth finishing the video off ?

3Dstudio MAX 3.1
for everything really,
and VirtualDub a nice little simple film mixing prog.

probably a handfull of other apps ie Photoshop for creating textures on the fly etc..

This is not an official video nor shows it scenes from any version of the X games (released or not).

However, the officials do like this video - big "thumbs up"!

Well I've just (about 15 min ago) downloaded the 12 mb file.....and scratched about for the divx 5 codec....so got to see your 2nd creation

Turned the volume up a bit because the intro music was a bit low....and a second later blasted me frickin ears off!

Question's been answered by Burnit! in this thread.....I thought for a minute you'd used models and stuff somehow from X-Tension.....
That just about says it all Avis

I WOULD like to see the complete/finished video at sometime please

edit....btw. I haven't actually asked Burnit! if material from X had been used....(just to clarify)
