Construction Vessel is totally bugged

As you can see, this is my CV, there are 3 employee on there. However, when I dock, I only find an architect in the docking bay. Nor Engi., nor Def.Offi. on it. So what?

Also I can't repair/upgrade/fill drones to this CV when I talking to a Ship Dealer. When I chose these menus, I got all the time - 'Ships > none' (2nd picture) in menu so I can't select a thing. No matter if the CV is in my squad or not.

I've tried to put an engineer on this CV, nothing has happened. I've replaced the old one, so all the Construction URV drone have gone and I'm still can't find any of the three employee on CV's docking bay. I though when I put another engi. on CV, I can manually give him some drone I buy from drone seller. But there is no option to give Construction URV from main ship/personal inventory to any other ship or NPC.

This is a bug, right? Now I can't do anything with this ship, but sell, however, when I talk to ship dealer, it worth '0' (zero) credit. Nice.

Now what?
