CPU utilization is borked.. so is GPU utilization

I checked my task manager while running X Rebirth

because my framerates are abysmal, like 15-20 frames

So what does my task manager say..

I have a Dual CPU Xeon with 8 physical cores, no hyperthreading
each core at 2,2 GhZ

5 of the cores are sleeping at 10%
3 cores are at 50-70%


My GPU is a GTX 580
it doesn´t even get hot like on many other games, the vent is at idle speed

It seems, you need a very powerful cpu. I have a i7 4770K @4,2 Ghz (HT off) and each core runs at 50-75%. GPU is almost always at 100%. Try power profile high performance and unpark your cpu, i did these things to play arma 3, maybe thats what helps me.
