Ship stuck after saving

I saved the game awhile ago to go run some errands, I come back and start up the game and load the save. My ship will NOT move anymore, I cannot get the Main Menu up I can only go to the Menu for loading another game save or exit the game.

I might have been in a drone when I saved and exited the game, I cannot fully remember.

I cannot move, the only button that will respond is the Escape key to exit the game. I know it isn't my keyboard, I was playing with my Xbox 360 Controller when I saved, and that isn't even working. The only button that will work with the controller is the Start button (It pulls up the Menu to exit the game / save or load a save)
