Bug making traders lose money and wares

Just happened to me twice and another report in the sticky in http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php? ... &start=330

You place a buy and sell order, executes the order to buy, give you all the correct messages, does the same for the selling but reports 0 wares sold for 0 credits. Ship doesn't have the wares, money is no in my account.

May have something to do with discounts expiring?

When you place a buy order your automagically transfer the funds to the captain of the ship to purchase the goods. I say automagically because it's not intuitive and there is no help messages or log indicating the transaction.

While I have not found a way to cancel the buy order, you can reclaim your funds:

  Property Owned [2]
  Select [DE] for the ship that has the buy order.
  Expand Management
  Select the Captain
  Details [4]
  Select Current Budget under Commands
  Change [4]
  Use the slider or arrows keys to transfer money into Own Account or Manager Account.

Thanks a lot for that, save game must be corrupted as after doing that, Captain is not showing Current Budget. Anyway thanks again, awesome information.
