Fatal Error - Missing Template (docking to construction ship)

I tried to dock to my construction ship once it had deployed and was in the state where it is buying materials.

I got the follow error and a CTD:

"A fatal error has occurred and X cannot recover: Missing template connection in component 'dockingbay_player_build_macro'
Version 1.13 - code revision:178895M

Please inform Egosoft Support"

It then said "Saved dump file to 'XU_2013_11_18_20_14_38.dmp' so this is availble if required.
