First off, while I realize that the thread was an "announcement" type, I still think it is a bit disappointing that the thread was locked.

When you make the statements about hardware but completely neglect to mention why so many users with higher end machines are having the same problem, if feels like you're dodging the issue. You can talk about LOD settings and other settings, but none of these have seemed to matter to a LOT of gaming rigs I've seen posted on this forum.

If you want to say that you're working on it and that it IS an issue with your code, then say that. I know you sort of said that, but then to go on about high end/medium/low end video cards and "have a quad core cpu"... TONS of people with performance issues have those specs! I'm still having performance issues with my rig:
