Did X Rebirth just get an update?

Steam is showing that XR just dloaded a 5 mb update. If this is the case...what was in the update???? I am now on v.1.1.3

WOW my CPU workload gone over 50% and GPU near 70% on the new version 1.13

well but the frame still go up from 20 to 25...

I know you Egosoft folks have much ToDo now, but please please start making a simple changelog for patches so that players can begin dropping workarounds or start playing feature as they are supposed to. We don't need much just something like:

2013-11-18 v1.13
FIX: ...
FIX: ...
NEW: ...

Nothing more nothing less.
