Trade ship cargolifter URV in use while floowing me BUG??

I have a trade ship and it won`t do anything. Says that it has 1 planned trip, and has 50 lifters in stock and say 18 in use.

Could this be what`s stopping ship trading?

There are a million bugs related to AI trading. I'd advice you to reload to a save before it occured. I've lost hours of game time to trading bugs myself. It's extremely annoying, I know.
