Missing Shipyard Dealer - Missing UI related?

Hi,

I was able to find the ship-trader once, but after buying a ship all the ship-traders disappeared from all the shipyard platforms in cuspid splint.

Since this happened, I'm also getting the missing UI/head in chair bug.

Performance is really good i7-4900MQ @ 4.0 Ghz, 16gb ram and GTX 780m - 50fps + even in high traffic areas with all setting at max. It's just a few of these script bugs which seem to cause problems.

Also, unless I'm being dense, are the capital ship commands missing? I only have two options when hailing my cap ship: 1) gather resources 2) take me to... I would have thought there would be a bunch of combat commands?
