Ship Drifting in space n character walking [Q&A CUI-3]

Hi All,

I'm new to Rebirth but have been around X3 for many years. I can't figure this one out and haven't seen any threads that address it.

When I start the game in the ship where I meet my co-pilot, my character is always walking with no standing still. then, when I manage to get back to the cockpit, the ship is drifting in space constantly even while I am inputting controls. Because of this I can't dock at the very first station for repair, very frustrating!

I have tried:
- unplugged my Warthog HOTAS
- changed keyboards
- reset the keyboard keystrokes in setting
- updated video card drivers

I will appreciate and help or suggestions!

If you have any other usb items track IR or anything, unplug everything but the Keyboard and mouse, then try again, lots of usb items are interfering with each other triggering random movement or similar in game.

Fyi, it was my CH Products Pedals that were causing the problem.....
